How do you ensure the confidentiality of clients documents?
Other people might show you company work in their portfolio without taking your consent. That in a way is copyright issue, correct. We always sign NDA before starting any of your project. It is your book or Social media post/captions, blogs or newsletter copy, it will always be between you and me! Your satisfaction with our work and testimonials are enough for us.
Can you provide samples of your previous work and Can you handle large-scale content projects??
We do provide 500 words Sample for Book Editing & Proofreading projects. Regarding Content/Copy writing services, kindly check our Blog page & LinkedIn posts. If you still need more personalized sample for the unique niche & industry then Chat with us and we will get back to you within 24 working hours. We always book in advance for the large-scale content & book projects. We will confirm you in advance in case the timeline are not matching in any case.
What is your pricing structure? How to pay for your services ?
We generally sign the contract and generate the invoice with 10% token money according to the timeline we have discussed. Another 40% should be paid before the start of the work whether it is going to start in 2 to 3 months. Remaining 50% will be paid after I deliver the project to you and revision will be done after the payment. Other details are given in the Services page as per your requirements. We accept PayPal, Stripe and Direct Bank Transfer. Soon, we will be starting Card & UPI payments as well.
What is your availability time ? What is your turnaround time for projects?
Our available time is based on London UK time zone. 9 AM to 5.30 PM. Turnaround time depends on the length of the projects. Generally 300 pages of book takes 15 days depending on the slot we can book to start the work. For Content needs, you can choose the package and generally 6 Content pieces will take up to 2 weeks and a package of 12 content pieces will take around a month. We prefer to write us in the Chat about your requirement(s) so that we can give you the proper timeline based on your needs.
Do you provide revisions if needed? Can you accommodate urgent or last-minute content requests?
Yes, we do provide revisions for free after the delivery and the full payment of the project. We always keep our 2 slots open for urgent requests, and their charge will be 30% more than regular. We are professional in delivering the completed projects based on the timeline we have discussed earlier. In case of any change, it should be communicated by email before starting of the work deadline discussed earlier while signing contract.
